The accomplishments and achievements attained by Dr. Amy B. Lewis in the field of Cosmetic Dermatology warrants inclusion  into the Top Doctors of North America. Dr. Lewis graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She then received her Medical Degree, with highest honors, from the Yale School of Medicine. She moved to New York to do her internship at Cornell/New York Hospital, and completed her Dermatology residency at the State University of New York Health and Science Center in Brooklyn where she acted as Chief Resident. She returned to her alma mata Yale University, for a fellowship in Dermatological Laser and Reconstructive Surgery. In 2005, Dr. Lewis became founder of the Yale Cosmetic Dermatology Division within the Dermatologic Surgery Department. She is now a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Yale University School of Medicine.

As a well renowned expert in the medical and consultant field she has appeared in the media often being quoted on television and in  popular magazines, giving her informative segments and specialty concerning sun damage, sun protection and safe tanning, laser treatments, Botox, and other cosmetic procedures. She lectures frequently at academic meetings and has been chosen for a myriad of medical boards.

Dr. Lewis practice is an approved National Training Center for the NEF (National Education Foundation) to educate and precept physicians on the correct aesthetic administration of Botox-Cosmetic. She is a Certified Trainer  for injectables: Sculptra, Restylane, Perlane, etc., and is a consultant for Kiehls, Helena Rubenstein, Neutrogena, Guthy-Renker, L’Oreal/La Roche Posay, Garnier Nutritioniste and more. Dr. Lewis has her own private label of anti-aging products.

Dr. Lewis is a member of the American Association of Dermatology, (ASDS), and was a speaker for the “Live Patient Demonstration: Botulinum Toxin and Fillers”, at the AAD Summer Academy Meeting in August of 2011.
